1. Introduction
These Wholesale Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by Kandahar Saffron & Dry Fruits Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to registered wholesale buyers (“you”, “your”). By placing a wholesale order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
2. Eligibility
Wholesale pricing and services are available to:
Registered businesses
Retailers, distributors, and corporate buyers
We reserve the right to refuse wholesale orders at our discretion.
To qualify, you must provide:
Company registration or VAT number (if applicable)
Valid business contact information
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Wholesale orders must meet the following minimum order quantities (MOQ):
Saffron: 50 grams per order
Dry Fruits: 5 kg per item per order
MOQs may vary for promotional or special products; any variations will be communicated in writing.
4. Pricing & VAT
All wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
The applicable UK VAT rate (currently 20%) will be added to your invoice and shown clearly at checkout.
Prices may change at our discretion; confirmed orders are priced at the time of order confirmation.
Payment is required before dispatch unless a credit account has been approved.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.
Late Payments:
Orders with overdue payments may be delayed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1 working day of confirmed payment.
Delivery time for wholesale orders: 2–3 working days within the UK (longer for international shipments).
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.
Returned Parcels & Failed Deliveries:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Re-delivery costs due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. No Refunds / Returns
Wholesale orders are final sale unless goods are faulty or damaged.
Change of mind or order errors do not qualify for refunds.
Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We may offer:
Replacement products
Partial refund or credit note (at our discretion)
7. Product Quality
All products are of premium quality. Minor natural variations may occur in:
Saffron threads
Dry fruits
Packaging
Such variations do not constitute a defect.
8. Health & Safety
Wholesale buyers are responsible for:
Checking ingredients and allergen information
Complying with local health and food regulations
Ensuring products are stored appropriately
We are not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or improper storage after delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
Product names, logos, images, and branding remain the property of Kandahar Saffron & Dry Fruits Ltd.
Wholesale buyers must not copy or reproduce branding or packaging without written permission.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
Strikes
Transport disruptions
Government restrictions
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
